9th Annual Special Evening Brings Unparalleled Excitement to the Winspear!
WOW! We are so excited to thank everyone who helped make our 9th Annual Special Evening event such an incredible success. A Special Evening with The Pointer Sisters hosted by Alliance Data and benefitting LaunchAbility was March 8th, the eve of Honorary Chair Ebby Halliday’s 99th birthday and it was a celebration that will definitely be remembered.
More than 1,800 guests shared in the launch of our new name, LaunchAbility; heard the amazing story of Randy Lewis and Walgreens, our 2010 Milton P. Levy Outstanding Volunteer and Alliance Data Corporate Champion awardees; watched our new LaunchAbility video; sang to Ebby - accompanied by a ukulele performance by Kelly Robinson; - and then rocked it out with the amazing Pointer Sisters! Hats off to our event chairs, Elizabeth and Eric Gambrell and their committee and our incredible list of sponsors who made this event possible.
