Continued Support Advocates
YOU make dreams a reality!
What is a Continued Support Advocate?
Adults with intellectual disabilities come to LaunchAbility with aspirations of having a career. Continued Support Advocates are an integral part of the Supported Employment Program and our ability to make this possible. They come in after our clients are fully trained to ensure our clients’ continued success on the job. These dedicated volunteers check in with our employed clients on the job site to observe work performance, speak with supervisors and report back to the agency via written form. If there are any problems our professional staff is right there to step in and help.
