For center administrators interested in achieving a higher degree of excellence in their programs, CCC offers classroom assessment. CCC consultants have been trained to administer the Infant Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS), a standardized classroom assessment tool developed by the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute, University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Upon completion of the assessment, consultants work with center administrators to develop a Quality Improvement Plan.
