Not only does Ji struggle with cognitive disabilities, he also has a language barrier. LaunchAbility placed Ji in a full-time position in a Korean grocery store. With some additional job skills training through LaunchAbility and his predisposition to being a hard worker, he quickly became a valued member of H Mart’s team.  Today, Ji is a courtesy clerk who bags groceries, assists customers, re-stocks returned and misplaced merchandise, and retrieves carts from the parking lot.
